Occasionally the livedrive system needs to have an integrity check run. Do this if you notice that some files aren't in sync or updating properly.


To do an integrity check, please do the following:


  • Click on the livedrive icon on the bottom right, 
  • then click on settings,
  • then go to the advanced tab
  • then click on the integrity check tab, 
  • then click run. This process should take a few minutes.During this time you won't be able to access the livedrive on your computer.


If you have had problems before, it could be due to inadvertently shutting your laptop mid-sync, or internet connectivity issues. You may wish to run the integrity check every month or so just to be on the safe side.
