If you are having problems sending mail when using our servers, it's possible that your internet provider or mobile provider is blocking Port 25 - the internet communications "port" used for email. We have a workaround for that, as our servers accept mail on Port 2500 as well.  This is how to change your settings. There is no need to do this if you are able to send mail OK.


  1. Go to Mail, Contacts, Calendars on your iPhone/iPad
  2. Tap on the account you're having trouble with
  3. On the next screen, tap again on the email account
  4. At the bottom of the screen, tap on where it says SMTP
  5. Tap under where it says primary server (it probably says mail.anthiancomputer.net)
  6. At the bottom of the screen, where it says Server Port, change this from 25 to 2500
  7. Tap Done at the top right
  8. Tap < Account at the top left
  9. Tap Done again
