Sometimes you'll be asked to provide the file path of a folder or a file that's causing problems.  Rather than tediously trying to type it out, here is how you can copy and paste this to help us identify where your problem is.


Before you start, you need to be in the Windows File Explorer app (that's the yellow icon  .





Now you can paste that into a support ticket to us by using Right-click and Paste or just pressing Ctrl-V
