If Anthian has provided you with this facility, there are two ways you can get the remote working app installed on your homeworking computer:
- Request a registration email from us - we'll have a link sent to you, and we can help you with the entire process. Please raise a support ticket if you'd like some help.
- OR if you can get onto your office computer already you can self-register on the office computer.
On your Office computer:
To self-register on your office computer, click on the Start button and choose the Remote Work Setup icon
If you're asked for permission to continue, click Yes. On the next screen, click Register and enter your email address, and click Register again. Important: Use an email address you can receive on your home computer.
On your Home computer:
You should receive an email with a link. The email looks like this:
You should click the link 'Start Remote Working', and a web page will open:
Download and run the link. After a short while the program will start. We recommend you right-click on the icon and select 'pin to task bar' so you can easily get back to it.
