  11.  Important do not shut down your office PC at the end of the day, if you do, you won't be able to get into it until somebody visits the office to boot it up for you. Instead just come out of full screen and close Chrome.

For those with dual screens there is an option to switch screens if you click the almost invisible blue icon on the right of the screen. Some users find this confusing so if they do we will simply turn off the second screen in windows 10 screen settings. If this gets too annoying please raise a ticket by emailing support@anthian.co.uk and we will switch your office PC to single screen for the duration.

For security, all remote desktop sessions are fully encrypted.

Stop a remote session

IMPORTANT! Please do not shut down the remote PC, we may not be able to remotely switch it on again and someone will need to visit the site to power it on again.

When you’ve finished, close your tab to stop your session. You can also select Options and then Disconnect.
