1. Start a new email.
  2. Click the signature button as below, and select the option 'Signatures' that comes up.
  3. You'll get a signature edit box - it should look a little like the sample below - just follow the steps a to d in order to create, or edit a signature. If you're just editing one, you can only need to do steps b and d.


  4. If you want to insert a picture, use the button shown below ringed in red:
