First of all, you need to install the Bria app on your iPhone.  The app you need is in the app store, and looks like this:

  • The only information you need is your 9-digit internal extension number and password.
  • This is a subscription app. When you start the app for the first time, you will be asked to confirm which subscription you are going to go for (at the time of writing, annual is £9.49, and monthly is 99p).

1. Please start the app and choose your subscription plan.

2. Skip past all the intro screens, and accept all the permission requests, until you get the 'Select Provider' screen

3. Tap on the first option - 'SIP   VoIP(SIP) - Calling" (shown ringed in red above)

4. Fill in the New SIP Account as follows:

Make sure you tap the "Enabled" button to turn on the account.  The display should show 'Account status Registered' at the top (as above).

5. Tap on Save

USAGE

You can choose to dial a number or dial a contact in your contacts list by pressing one of the buttons shown ringed in red below:

  • We would recommend you open the Bria app at the start of the working day to ensure that it is running.

  • The Bria app works just like the regular phone app built into the iPhone, with calls going into the regular missed calls log.  To make a call using Bria, just start the app and dial the number you wish to call (either a 4-digit extension number or a regular landline/mobile number beginning with 0).

  • To make a call using Siri, say (for example) 'hey Siri call using Bria mobile 01234 567890'.
