1. Make sure you have your user name and password for the email server
  2. Using Google Chrome, Edge or Firefox, go to your mail server out of office page
  3. You will probably need to tell the browser that it is safe to continue. For example in Chrome, you need to click on advanced and then proceed to <your domain>.
  4. Log in when prompted
  5. Click on Vacation Message.
  6. Fill in the page as below - type in your message
    IMPORTANT: Make sure that there's a blank line after the Subject line as shown below
  7. Change 'Enable Vacation Message' to Yes.
  8. Click Save.



WHEN YOU RETURN FROM HOLIDAY, REPEAT THE PROCESS BUT JUST SET 'ENABLE VACATION MESAGES' TO YES.
