This article assumes that you have a VPN (Virtual Private Network) already configured for connection to your office. Once connected, you'll be able to access resources of your office, such as your server, or even printers.
To connect
1. Click on the network connection icon at the bottom right of your screen, then click on the VPN connection item that pops up, as per this screenshot.
The actual name of the VPN might be "Office connection" or "VPN connection" or something similar.
2. A window will pop up - click on the VPN connection again, as shown below
3. Now you'll get the option to connect:
4. Click on the Connect button as above and wait. The screen will indicate that it's connected after a few seconds if the connection is working properly, thus:
Disconnecting the VPN
When you've finished accessing VPN, you should disconnect. To do this, simply follow the above instructions and click Disconnect instead
